An intoxicating brew of jazz, funk, rock, disco and global rhythm The Boom Yeh are an original London based collective renowned for their high level musicianship and electrifying live shows.  

Garnering praise and support from BBC Radio 6, Jazz FM, Blues And Soul magazine and Radio/Club DJ's far and wide, they have sold out shows at EFG London Jazz Festival, Pizza Express Jazz Club (Soho), Ealing Jazz FestivalThe Jazz Cafe, The Elgar Room (Royal Albert Hall) and Manchester Jazz Festival. They have also supported artists including Roy Ayers, Fred Wesley and Light Of The World.

Led by Guitarist/Composer Jon Speedy in collaboration with Saxophonist/Horn Arranger Ian Bailey, the current line-up features musicians who have worked with Jamiroquai, The Brand New Heavies, Incognito, Leroy Hutson, Alice Russell, Speech Debelle, Andreya Triana and Brass Roots.


They have released one studio album Reverberations To Constellations, a vinyl E.P. Darkstar, an instrumental live album Live At Hideaway London with a new studio album due for release in 2023.
